AN OVEN EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUR CREATIONS
Firings are carried out in a 65-liter Skutt KMT-818-3 electric kiln. Atelier Etherra handles the inspection of your pieces, loading, programming, and firing.

1. BOOK

Choose your cooking type, select a drop-off slot, and pay online.

2. PREPARE

Verify that your pieces are ready and keep your clay and glaze references.

3. SUBMIT

Bring your creations by appointment to Saint-Denis-de-Pile. Atelier Etherra will handle loading and firing.

4. RECOVER

You will be contacted as soon as your creations are ready, usually within 7 to 15 days.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Select the desired firing type.
  2. Choose your drop-off slot.
  3. Provide your clay and glaze references.
  4. Pay for your service online.
  5. Drop off your creations at the reserved time.
  6. Atelier Etherra checks, loads, and fires your pieces.
  7. You will be contacted as soon as your pieces are ready.

The estimated timeframe is 7 to 15 days after drop-off.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK BEFORE SUBMITTING MY DOCUMENTS?

• Raw pieces must be perfectly dry.
• Hollow forms must be open or pierced.
• The clay brand and reference must be provided.
• For glaze firing, pieces must have already undergone their bisque firing.
• The exact glaze references must be indicated.
• Bases must be perfectly clean and free of glaze.
• For cone 6 firing, clays and glazes must be compatible with this temperature.

Atelier Etherra reserves the right to refuse any piece or product that poses a risk to the kiln.

Variations in glaze, cracks, deformations, or defects related to manufacturing, drying, or materials used cannot be guaranteed by Atelier Etherra.
